Tri-Color Rotini

Equipment:

  • Large Round Pot
  • Stove
  • Strainer or Colander
  • Large Serving Spoon
  • Sink

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb box of Barilla Tri-Color Rotini Noodles
  • 4-6 Quarts Water
  • Salt (to taste)

Pre-Preparation:

  1. Lay out all ingredients/equiptment15 minutes prior to cooking/baking.

Directions:

  1. Bring water to a raging boil
  2. Add in Salt
  3. Mix Salt in water for about 1 minute
  4. Add in Tri-Color Rotini Noodles, stirring gently.
  5. Continue boiling uncovered for 7-8 Minutes.
  6. Remove from heat
  7. Place strainer or Colander in  Sink
  8. Pour Tri-Color Rotini into strainer or Colander to drain.
  9. Proceed making Macaroni & Tomato Salad
