Strawberry Cake

Equipment:

  • 13 x 9 OR 2 (8-Inch) Pans

Ingredients:

  • 1 Box White Cake Mix
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 1 Box of Strawberry JELL-O
  • 4 Eggs (ONE AT A TIME)
  • 1 Cup Wesson Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries, DO NOT DRAIN)
  • 1 Teaspoon All-Purpose Flour

Pre-Preparation:

  1. Lay out all ingredients/equiptment15 minutes prior to cooking/baking.

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Bake in a 13 x 9 inch pan OR 2 (8 inch) cake pans for 45-50 minutes at 3000F.
  3. Allow cake to cool for 15 minutes.
  4. Spread Strawberry Icing over top of cake.
