Chocolate Icing

Equipment:

  • 1 Medium Sized Bowl
  • 1 Wooden Spoon

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Stick Margarine or 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 7 Teaspoons Milk

Pre-Preparation:

  1. Lay out all ingredients/equiptment15 minutes prior to cooking/baking.

Directions:

  1. Mix together Margarine or Butter, Cocoa Powder, & Powdered Sugar.
  2. MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS LAST: Add in 1 Teaspoon of Milk and check consistency. If Icing is too thick or dry, add more milk.
