Directions:
- Preheat oven to 3500F
- Fit wax paper in bottom of 9-Inch Layer Pans
- Place Unsweetened Chocolate, Water, & 1/2 Cup Sugar in saucepan.
- Cook & Stir on low heat to form a smooth sauce.
- Set Chocolate Sauce aside.
- Place in a large mixing bowl and blend on low speed, Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, & rest of sugar (1 1/2 Cup).
- Add butter or Margarine and Milk to bowl.
- Blend to moisten Flour and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Blend in chocolate mixture.
- Add Vanilla and Eggs.
- Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes
- Pour into pans and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Allow cake to cool for 10 minutes.
- Remove from pans and peel off wax paper. Yields 12-16 servings.
