Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 Degree, with middle oven rack on the center in oven.
- Spray your 8x2-inch Round Cake Pans with cooking spray.
- In your large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda,
and salt.
- In your large mixing cup, combine water, oil, vinegar, instant coffee, and
vanilla.
- Add and whisk measuring cup mixture into your dry ingredients in your large
mixing bowl until combined-a few lumps are ok.
- In your sprayed 8x2-inch Round Cake Pans, divide your cake batter between
each pan.
- Place pans in oven for 35-45 minutes or until butter knife comes out clean.
*Please Note* Oven temperatures vary, so check cake approx. 5 minutes
before previously suggested.
- Remove cakes from oven and place on cooling rack to cool for 15 minutes.
- Then, gently dump cakes out of pans onto cooling rack and allow to
THOROUGHLY cool.
