Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
- In a large round pot, add in about half a pot of water and salt. Turn on Medium-High to boil.
- Add in 12 ounces of Elbow Macaroni. Once you start the Elbow Macaroni cooking, proceed to step 5.
- In a large saucepan. Over Medium Heat, Add margarine, let melt, add flour.
- Cook Elbow Macaroni for 6 minutes then drain through strainer. Yields about 3 or 4 Cups.
- In your large saucepan, stir in milk until smooth. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for a few minutes. It's very important that you stir constantly so as not to burn, do not skip this step!
- In your large saucepan, add in 3 cups grated cheese.
- In your large saucepan, let mixture boil for a few minutes, remove from heat.
- Spray PAM in baking pan or casserole dish.
- Add Elbow Macaroni from strainer to baking pan or casserole dish.
- Pour your mixture from your large saucepan over the Elbow Macaroni in baking pan or casserole dish.
- Pour your 1 cup of reserved cheese over top of macaroni mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
