Homemade Dressing
Equipment:
- 1 Large Bowl
- 1 Wooden Spoon
- 13 x 9 Pan
- Stove
- Oven
- Butcher's Knife
- Frying Pan
- PAM Cooking Spray
Ingredients:
- 1 Cake (or pan) of Cornbread
- Large Pack of Pepperidge Farms Dressing Mix
- 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 3 or 4 Stalk of Celery (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Sage
- Approximately 3 Cans of Turkey or Chicken Broth
- 4 or 5 Eggs, Well Beaten

Pre-Preparation:
- Lay out all ingredients/equiptment15 minutes prior to cooking/baking.

Directions:
- Cook Cornbread & let cool.
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
- Mix Cornbread and Dressing Mix together.
- Sauté Onions & Celery.
- Add Sage to the mix.
- Add Sautéed Onions & Celery to mix.
- Add Broth to mix but not so much that the mix is soggy.
- Add Eggs & mix well.
- Grease or spray pan and cook for 45-50 minutes
- Once baked and plated you can then add some
Dressing Gravy over the top of the dressing.
